Well , and the fact that Batman is presently hook up to a car pump him with Scarecrow gas , in the hopes that looped scenario of him losing the few hoi polloi he loves will drive him insane . Whether an odd quirk of publishing schedules or not , this uncanny confluence over one of the most infamous tropes in comics storytelling has put DC in a bit of a freaky berth . It ’s like poetry — it rhymes . Sometimes .
