Camila Alves McConaughey’s Beet Hummus
2 cans chickpeas, drained1 cup tahini1/4 cup fresh lemon juice3 garlic cloves1 tsp ground cumin3 medium beets, cookedSliced almonds, feta cheese, thinly-sliced scallions, and sliced radishes, for garnish
1.In food processor combine all ingredients and puree until creamy. If it’s too thick, add a little water to get to desired consistency.
2.Transfer to serving bowl and top with garnishes.
