I ’ve watch quite a few scooters on the streets with these strange bellow on the top , often in quite a scrap of disrepair . Does anyone know what these are about , exactly ? It look like there is blank below for something fancy to be rig up , but I ’ve never seen anything there .
Update : Okay , you guys are telling me they are delivery vehicle for bonce shops . The ‘ bellows ’ are in reality spring , which process to keep the platform in back level as the motor scooter darts in and out of traffic . I was hop for tiny ocean urchin Frankenstein , but I guess this will do . Thanks !
