TheBlink-182drummer filled the home he shares with wifeKourtney Kardashianwith red roses and black candles. AndThe Kardashiansstar, 44, posted a video to Instagram on Tuesday showing off the incredible displays.
Set to the tune of Bright Eyes’ “First Day of My Life," the video sees the pregnant star walk among the blooms which filled her staircase and entranceway. Kardashian tagged her husband in the clip, and added a teary eyed emoji.

“We just got pregnant naturally,” Kardashian toldBritish Vogue’sNovember issue. “It was an indescribable feeling. Shock, then super-happy, fear sets in, worry, but I remembered then to have gratitude,” she said.
Kardashian laterthankedher husband, “who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards." She also called him her “rock.”
