Six bodies have been found following ahouse fire and shootingin Pennsylvania last week.

On Friday, authorities gave an update on their search, which began Wednesday after the incident that left two police officers wounded and at least six people unaccounted for in East Lansdowne.

According toNBC News,WHYYandFox 29, Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer said at a press conference that the remains of three people were found Thursday morning while another three were found Friday. All were believed to be members of the Le family and included three children, loved ones told NBC News.

According to6ABC, loved ones have identified the victims as parents Britni McLaughlin-Le, 37, and Xuong Le, 40, and their three children 10-year-old Xavier, 13-year-old NaKayla, and 17-year-old NaTalya.

According toThe Philadelphia Inquirer, Cahn was Xuong’s brother and authorities believe Cahn shot and killed the victims, then shot two responding officers and set the house on fire.

The county medical examiner’s office is working to determine the official causes of death, WHYY reports, citing authorities.

The veteran officers were later identified as 54-year-old David Schiazza of the Lansdowne Police Department and 44-year-old John Meehan of the East Lansdowne Police Department, authorities said, according to 6ABC, theAssociated PressandCBS News. Both were expected to recover.

At some point after that, the home was “set on fire,” Stollsteimer said. He has yet to share a possible motive.

The local community held a vigil on Saturday, letting balloons go into the sky as a way to remember the Le family.

Britni’s father, John McLaughlin, added to the outlet that his daughter and Xuong had been married for 17 years.

Now that the search has concluded, the property will be turned over to the township to be demolished, according to Fox 29.

In a statement to PEOPLE, District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer said, “Last week was one of the toughest weeks of my tenure as District Attorney.”

“My continued prayers for the officers, their families, the Le family, and the souls of the innocent victims; may they find peace in a far better place,” the statement concluded.
